1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of LoveLi's Spa & Boutique ("LoveLi's," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

LoveLi's provides luxury spa and beauty services, including but not limited to massage therapy, facials, body treatments, microneedling, wellness therapies, acupuncture, waxing, and spa parties. All services are subject to availability and our professional discretion.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Appointments are booked through our booking system, by phone, or in person.
  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payment

  • Service payments are processed through Boulevard POS.
  • Donations to the Wonder Mom Program are processed through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

5. Health & Safety

  • You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other relevant health information before receiving treatment.
  • Certain services may not be appropriate for individuals with specific conditions (e.g., pregnancy, certain skin conditions, medications).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify services to protect your safety.
  • You are responsible for arriving in a condition that allows safe treatment.

6. Wonder Mom Nomination Program

  • Nominations are voluntary and subject to review.
  • Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.
  • By submitting, you confirm you have permission to submit photos and share the nominee's story.
  • Nominees may be contacted to confirm their interest before selection.
  • Selected nominees will be contacted directly and given the option to accept the spa experience.
  • Selected mothers agree that LoveLi's may share their story (with their consent) for the purposes of the program.
  • Complimentary spa experiences are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Donations

  • Donations to the Wonder Mom Program are voluntary.
  • Donations are non-refundable except in the case of processing errors.
  • LoveLi's is not a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are not tax-deductible.
  • Donated funds are used exclusively to provide additional complimentary spa experiences to selected Wonder Moms.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the site
  • Harass, threaten, or disrespect our staff or other clients

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of LoveLi's Spa & Boutique or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Photography & Testimonials

We may occasionally take photos or videos on premises for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us. Photos or testimonials you submit may be used with your permission.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Individual results may vary. Spa treatments are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveLi's Spa & Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveLi's, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
